Cazilhac is a commune in Hérault with 1,334 registered voters, the 132nd largest of the département's 341 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 57% of them voted, fewer than the 60% across Hérault, and CAZILHAC DEMAIN AVEC VOUS ! won 19 of the council's 19 seats in the first round.
