Burlada/Burlata is a municipality in the province of Navarra with 20,398 inhabitants, the 4th largest of its 234 municipalities. Its council has 21 seats, and 11 make a majority to choose the mayor.

In May 2023 EH BILDU came first with 25.8% of the vote and 6 seats; UPN was second with 5. 60.8% of the 15,262 voters on the roll cast a valid vote.
