Vinantes is a commune in Seine-et-Marne with 268 registered voters, the 407th largest of the département's 506 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 70.9% of them voted, more than the 51.6% across Seine-et-Marne, and VINANTES 2026 won 9 of the council's 11 seats in the first round.

In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted National Rally 46.7%, France Unbowed 20.4%, Ensemble (Macron camp) 13.8%. National Rally did 23 points better here than across France.
