About Getxo
Getxo is a municipality in the province of Bizkaia with 76,365 inhabitants, the 3rd largest of its 112 municipalities. Its council has 25 seats, and 13 make a majority to choose the mayor.
In May 2023 EAJ-PNV came first with 31.7% of the vote and 9 seats; PP was second with 6. 61.8% of the 60,954 voters on the roll cast a valid vote.
On today's national polls our projection gives no list a majority: EAJ-PNV would be largest on 8 of 25.
