Corvera de Asturias is a municipality in the province of Asturias with 15,563 inhabitants, the 8th largest of its 78 municipalities. Its council has 17 seats, and 9 make a majority to choose the mayor.
In May 2023 PSOE came first with 69.3% of the vote and 13 seats, an absolute majority; PP was second with 2. 61.1% of the 13,011 voters on the roll cast a valid vote.
