Lognes is a commune in Seine-et-Marne with 8,571 registered voters, the 27th largest of the département's 506 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 42.7% of them voted, fewer than the 51.6% across Seine-et-Marne, and LOGNES AU COEUR won 31 of the council's 33 seats in the first round.

In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted France Unbowed 36.2%, Ensemble (Macron camp) 34.1%, National Rally 9.5%. France Unbowed did 14 points better here than across France.
