Noisiel is a commune in Seine-et-Marne with 9,325 registered voters, the 23rd largest of the département's 506 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 43.4% of them voted, fewer than the 51.6% across Seine-et-Marne, and Noisiel ! won 29 of the council's 33 seats in the first round.

In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted France Unbowed 44.3%, Ensemble (Macron camp) 25.9%, National Rally 10.9%. France Unbowed did 22 points better here than across France.
