Orègue is a commune in Pyrénées-Atlantiques with 431 registered voters, the 201st largest of the département's 545 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 67.5% of them voted, more than the 62.5% across Pyrénées-Atlantiques, and Ensemble, faisons vivre notre village won 15 of the council's 15 seats in the first round.
In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted Ensemble (Macron camp) 26%, Others 25.6%, National Rally 16.7%. Others did 22 points better here than across France.
