Tavernes de la Valldigna is a municipality in the province of Valencia/València with 17,222 inhabitants, the 35th largest of its 266 municipalities. Its council has 17 seats, and 9 make a majority to choose the mayor.
In May 2023 PP came first with 39.6% of the vote and 8 seats; PSOE was second with 5. 69.9% of the 13,325 voters on the roll cast a valid vote.
