Campo Real is a municipality in the province of Madrid with 6,651 inhabitants, the 77th largest of its 179 municipalities. Its council has 13 seats, and 7 make a majority to choose the mayor.
In May 2023 PP came first with 47.4% of the vote and 7 seats, an absolute majority; VOX was second with 5. 67.4% of the 4,706 voters on the roll cast a valid vote.
