Vielha e Mijaran is a municipality in the province of Lleida with 5,581 inhabitants, the 14th largest of its 231 municipalities. Its council has 13 seats, and 7 make a majority to choose the mayor.
In May 2023 UA-PSC-CP came first with 52.9% of the vote and 8 seats, an absolute majority; CDA-PNA was second with 3. 58.1% of the 3,863 voters on the roll cast a valid vote.
