About Figueres
Figueres is a municipality in the province of Girona with 47,088 inhabitants, the 2nd largest of its 221 municipalities. Its council has 21 seats, and 11 make a majority to choose the mayor.
In May 2023 CM came first with 49.8% of the vote and 13 seats, an absolute majority; PSC-CP was second with 3. 46.9% of the 27,592 voters on the roll cast a valid vote.
On today's national polls our projection keeps CM on 12 seats, a majority, which it holds in 81% of our simulations.
