Grosrouvre is a commune in Yvelines with 818 registered voters, the 141st largest of the département's 259 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 75.7% of them voted, more than the 54.4% across Yvelines, and Grosrouvre Ensemble won 13 of the council's 15 seats in the first round.
