About Visan
Visan is a commune in Vaucluse with 1,556 registered voters, the 58th largest of the département's 151 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 63.5% of them voted, more than the 58.5% across Vaucluse, and Unissons-nous pour Visan won 16 of the council's 19 seats in the first round.
In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted National Rally 31.6%, Ensemble (Macron camp) 21.2%, France Unbowed 16.1%. National Rally did 8 points better here than across France.
