Bonneuil-sur-Marne is a commune in Val-de-Marne with 10,038 registered voters, the 34th largest of the département's 47 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 42.2% of them voted, fewer than the 50.7% across Val-de-Marne, and L'Audace en Commun won 28 of the council's 33 seats in the first round.

In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted France Unbowed 43.4%, Ensemble (Macron camp) 20.5%, National Rally 13.1%. France Unbowed did 21 points better here than across France.
