Neuville-sur-Oise is a commune in Val-d'Oise with 1,258 registered voters, the 87th largest of the département's 183 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 64.5% of them voted, more than the 50.1% across Val-d'Oise, and VIVRE A NEUVILLE won 15 of the council's 19 seats in the first round.

In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted Ensemble (Macron camp) 36%, France Unbowed 17.3%, National Rally 14.1%. National Rally did 9 points worse here than across France.
