Epiais-Rhus is a commune in Val-d'Oise with 571 registered voters, the 111th largest of the département's 183 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 75.7% of them voted, more than the 50.1% across Val-d'Oise, and ENSEMBLE POUR EPIAIS-RHUS won 13 of the council's 15 seats in the first round.

In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted Ensemble (Macron camp) 26.8%, National Rally 25.2%, Reconquête 13%. France Unbowed did 11 points worse here than across France.
