About Neuilly-Plaisance

Neuilly-Plaisance is a commune in Seine-Saint-Denis with 13,205 registered voters, the 28th largest of the département's 39 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 51.9% of them voted, more than the 46.7% across Seine-Saint-Denis, and Agir ensemble pour Neuilly-Plaisance won 30 of the council's 35 seats in the first round.

In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted Ensemble (Macron camp) 30.9%, France Unbowed 28.1%, National Rally 13.9%. National Rally did 10 points worse here than across France.
