Bolbec is a commune in Seine-Maritime with 6,950 registered voters, the 19th largest of the département's 707 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 56.8% of them voted, close to the 56.1% across Seine-Maritime, and BOLBEC ENSEMBLE CONTINUONS won 28 of the council's 33 seats in the first round.

In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted National Rally 40.1%, France Unbowed 20.3%, Ensemble (Macron camp) 20%. National Rally did 17 points better here than across France.
