Sargé-lès-le-Mans is a commune in Sarthe with 3,137 registered voters, the 19th largest of the département's 350 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 63.9% of them voted, more than the 55.4% across Sarthe, and notre expérience pour un nouvel élan won 22 of the council's 27 seats in the first round.

In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted Ensemble (Macron camp) 37.5%, National Rally 18.5%, France Unbowed 16.4%. Ensemble (Macron camp) did 10 points better here than across France.
