Castétis is a commune in Pyrénées-Atlantiques with 539 registered voters, the 164th largest of the département's 545 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 62% of them voted, close to the 62.5% across Pyrénées-Atlantiques, and VIVRE ENSEMBLE won 15 of the council's 15 seats in the first round.
In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted Ensemble (Macron camp) 25.1%, National Rally 20.7%, Others 20.1%. Others did 17 points better here than across France.
