M'Tsangamouji is a commune in Mayotte with 4,793 registered voters, the 13th largest of the département's 17 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 76.3% of them voted, more than the 70.4% across Mayotte, and ENSEMBLE PLUS LOIN ENCORE won 24 of the council's 29 seats in the first round.

In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted National Rally 48.7%, Republicans 17.8%, France Unbowed 16.4%. National Rally did 25 points better here than across France.
