Castillonnès is a commune in Lot-et-Garonne with 900 registered voters, the 55th largest of the département's 319 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 72.4% of them voted, more than the 61.5% across Lot-et-Garonne, and the list led by Laurence Rouchaud won 11 of the council's 15 seats after a second round.

In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted Ensemble (Macron camp) 28.3%, National Rally 26.6%, France Unbowed 15.4%. France Unbowed did 7 points worse here than across France.
