At the municipal election of March 2026 63.8% of them voted, more than the 56.4% across Loir-et-Cher, and NOUAN 2026 - COEUR DE VILLAGE won 15 of the council's 19 seats in the first round.
In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted Ensemble (Macron camp) 30.3%, National Rally 27.7%, France Unbowed 11.3%. France Unbowed did 11 points worse here than across France.
