Ougney is a commune in Jura with 289 registered voters, the 165th largest of the département's 490 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 49.5% of them voted, fewer than the 57.6% across Jura, and BIEN VIVRE A OUGNEY won 11 of the council's 11 seats in the first round.
