Saint-Branchs is a commune in Indre-et-Loire with 2,180 registered voters, the 42nd largest of the département's 271 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 61.9% of them voted, more than the 56.6% across Indre-et-Loire, and SAINT-BRANCHS, NOTRE ENGAGEMENT COMMUN won 19 of the council's 23 seats in the first round.
