About Montgermont

Montgermont is a commune in Ille-et-Vilaine with 2,683 registered voters, the 78th largest of the département's 331 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 67% of them voted, more than the 59.3% across Ille-et-Vilaine, and the list led by Laurent Prizé won 20 of the council's 27 seats after a second round.

In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted Ensemble (Macron camp) 40.7%, France Unbowed 19.4%, National Rally 11.2%. Ensemble (Macron camp) did 13 points better here than across France.
