Thouron is a commune in Haute-Vienne with 442 registered voters, the 109th largest of the département's 195 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 74% of them voted, more than the 63.1% across Haute-Vienne, and THOURON ENSEMBLE won 12 of the council's 15 seats in the first round.
