At the municipal election of March 2026 63.8% of them voted, close to the 63.1% across Haute-Vienne, and FEYTIAT, AVEC VOUS, UNIS ET ENGAGÉS POUR L'AVENIR won 23 of the council's 29 seats in the first round.
