Tournefeuille is a commune in Haute-Garonne with 22,243 registered voters, the 3rd largest of the département's 586 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 58.5% of them voted, close to the 58.7% across Haute-Garonne, and the list led by Frédéric Parre won 30 of the council's 39 seats after a second round.

In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted Ensemble (Macron camp) 34.3%, France Unbowed 22.5%, National Rally 13.4%. National Rally did 10 points worse here than across France.
