Koetzingue is a commune in Haut-Rhin with 504 registered voters, the 230th largest of the département's 365 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 79.6% of them voted, more than the 51.8% across Haut-Rhin, and Koetzingue, UNIS POUR L'AVENIR ! won 12 of the council's 15 seats in the first round.

In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted Ensemble (Macron camp) 35.4%, National Rally 25.5%, France Unbowed 10.2%. France Unbowed did 12 points worse here than across France.
