Porchères is a commune in Gironde with 686 registered voters, the 249th largest of the département's 534 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 83.8% of them voted, more than the 58.7% across Gironde, and Ensemble, construisons le Porchères de demain won 12 of the council's 15 seats in the first round.
In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted National Rally 39.4%, Ensemble (Macron camp) 19.2%, France Unbowed 16.4%. National Rally did 16 points better here than across France.
