About Illats
Illats is a commune in Gironde with 1,085 registered voters, the 182nd largest of the département's 534 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 67.3% of them voted, more than the 58.7% across Gironde, and ILLATS AVENIR won 12 of the council's 15 seats in the first round.
In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted National Rally 25.3%, Ensemble (Macron camp) 25.2%, France Unbowed 18.2%. Others did 4 points better here than across France.
