Balizac is a commune in Gironde with 388 registered voters, the 334th largest of the département's 534 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 68.8% of them voted, more than the 58.7% across Gironde, and BALIZAC EN COMMUN won 15 of the council's 15 seats in the first round.
In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted National Rally 35.2%, France Unbowed 21.8%, Ensemble (Macron camp) 18.8%. National Rally did 12 points better here than across France.
