Saint-André is a commune in Gers with 96 registered voters, the 340th largest of the département's 458 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 67.7% of them voted, close to the 66.1% across Gers, and BIEN VIVRE A SAINT-ANDRÉ won 11 of the council's 11 seats in the first round.

In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted National Rally 24.7%, Others 17.3%, France Unbowed 14.8%. Others did 14 points better here than across France.
