About Gaujac

Gaujac is a commune in Gard with 1,006 registered voters, the 123rd largest of the département's 349 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 72.6% of them voted, more than the 59.4% across Gard, and the list led by Michel Eisele won 12 of the council's 15 seats after a second round.

In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted National Rally 37.3%, Ensemble (Macron camp) 19.5%, France Unbowed 14.8%. National Rally did 14 points better here than across France.
