Le Neubourg is a commune in Eure with 3,058 registered voters, the 22nd largest of the département's 584 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 57% of them voted, more than the 54.5% across Eure, and LE NEUBOURG CONTINUONS ENSEMBLE won 24 of the council's 27 seats in the first round.

In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted National Rally 35.6%, Ensemble (Macron camp) 29.1%, France Unbowed 12.7%. National Rally did 12 points better here than across France.
