Grossoeuvre is a commune in Eure with 1,015 registered voters, the 88th largest of the département's 584 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 60.5% of them voted, more than the 54.5% across Eure, and GROSSOEUVRE TOUJOURS PAR AMOUR won 13 of the council's 15 seats in the first round.
In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted National Rally 33.9%, Ensemble (Macron camp) 27.1%, France Unbowed 14.3%. National Rally did 10 points better here than across France.
