About Gaillon

Gaillon is a commune in Eure with 4,389 registered voters, the 11th largest of the département's 584 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 49.9% of them voted, fewer than the 54.5% across Eure, and the list led by Odile Hantz won 22 of the council's 29 seats after a second round.

In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted National Rally 31.2%, France Unbowed 25.6%, Ensemble (Macron camp) 22.7%. National Rally did 8 points better here than across France.
