Vuillafans is a commune in Doubs with 522 registered voters, the 144th largest of the département's 558 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 55% of them voted, close to the 56.3% across Doubs, and BIEN VIVRE A VUILLAFANS won 15 of the council's 15 seats in the first round.
In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted National Rally 36%, Ensemble (Macron camp) 21.3%, France Unbowed 16.8%. National Rally did 13 points better here than across France.
