Mainsat is a commune in Creuse with 422 registered voters, the 57th largest of the département's 252 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 53.6% of them voted, fewer than the 67.2% across Creuse, and S ENGAGER POUR MAINSAT won 15 of the council's 15 seats in the first round.
