Vouzeron is a commune in Cher with 415 registered voters, the 108th largest of the département's 285 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 70.4% of them voted, more than the 55.7% across Cher, and VOUZERON, UN VILLAGE POUR TOUS won 12 of the council's 15 seats in the first round.

In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted Ensemble (Macron camp) 30.1%, National Rally 29.8%, France Unbowed 11.9%. France Unbowed did 10 points worse here than across France.
