At the municipal election of March 2026 85.5% of them voted, more than the 57.7% across Charente, and SAINT-CHRISTOPHE, UN SOUFFLE NOUVEAU won 10 of the council's 11 seats in the first round.
In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted Ensemble (Macron camp) 18%, National Rally 18%, France Unbowed 16.9%. Others did 11 points better here than across France.
