Rouffiac is a commune in Cantal with 160 registered voters, the 161st largest of the département's 249 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 72.5% of them voted, close to the 71% across Cantal, and ENSEMBLE POUR ROUFFIAC won 11 of the council's 11 seats in the first round.
