Obermodern-Zutzendorf is a commune in Bas-Rhin with 1,421 registered voters, the 118th largest of the département's 513 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 72.7% of them voted, more than the 55.8% across Bas-Rhin, and ENTENTE COMMUNALE won 16 of the council's 19 seats in the first round.
In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted National Rally 32.6%, Ensemble (Macron camp) 28.9%, France Unbowed 11.8%. France Unbowed did 10 points worse here than across France.
