Roquebrune-Cap-Martin is a commune in Alpes-Maritimes with 9,789 registered voters, the 14th largest of the département's 163 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 53.5% of them voted, close to the 55.3% across Alpes-Maritimes, and the list led by Patrick Cesari won 26 of the council's 33 seats after a second round.

In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted National Rally 28.1%, Ensemble (Macron camp) 27.2%, Reconquête 16.7%. France Unbowed did 11 points worse here than across France.
