Nauroy is a commune in Aisne with 526 registered voters, the 143rd largest of the département's 797 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 69.4% of them voted, more than the 56.3% across Aisne, and the list led by Jean-Louis Caire won 11 of the council's 15 seats after a second round.

In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted National Rally 34.2%, Ensemble (Macron camp) 17.5%, France Unbowed 15.6%. National Rally did 11 points better here than across France.
