Inca is a municipality in the province of Illes Balears with 34,093 inhabitants, the 8th largest of its 67 municipalities. Its council has 21 seats, and 11 make a majority to choose the mayor.

In May 2023 PSIB-PSOE came first with 38.8% of the vote and 10 seats; PP was second with 6. 58.8% of the 22,826 voters on the roll cast a valid vote.
