Selaya is a municipality in the province of Cantabria with 1,849 inhabitants, the 50th largest of its 102 municipalities. Its council has 9 seats, and 5 make a majority to choose the mayor.
In May 2023 PP came first with 61.9% of the vote and 6 seats, an absolute majority; P.R.C. was second with 2. 79.9% of the 1,598 voters on the roll cast a valid vote.
On today's national polls our projection keeps PP on 7 seats, a majority, which it holds in 99% of our simulations.
