Premià de Dalt is a municipality in the province of Barcelona with 10,400 inhabitants, the 81st largest of its 311 municipalities. Its council has 17 seats, and 9 make a majority to choose the mayor.

In May 2023 CM came first with 45.9% of the vote and 9 seats, an absolute majority; VXPD - ARA PL was second with 4. 58.5% of the 7,876 voters on the roll cast a valid vote.
